Bob Johnson Buick/GMC
Bob Johnson Buick/GMC and FSI Construction needed a new ground-up dealership in Henrietta built around a prototype design that had not been constructed before. With a hard deadline in place, the project required close coordination, careful review of General Motors’ design intent, and an electrical team that could adapt without slowing the schedule.
Built to Meet the Standard
A first-of-its-kind prototype building leaves little room for assumptions. Goforth Electric worked closely with the project team to understand the design intent, keep documents current, and coordinate questions early so the work could move forward without delay.
The scope included the electrical and fire alarm systems, along with a redesigned lighting layout that supported a clean, functional dealership environment. High-risk fixture installations required detailed planning, proper manpower, and consistent communication with the design and construction teams.
By staying organized and responsive, Goforth Electric helped keep the project on track. The dealership was completed without delay, allowing Bob Johnson Buick/GMC to occupy the new space when needed.
